The day was calm, the sun it shined like a Simpson character in the sky, the ground was firm beneath my wheels and the thorny bushes stayed away from me. It has been so very long since my last ride. Bike ride that is to be more clear. And I’ve been itching like an athlete’s jock strap to get back motoring in the plains of the lush Kildare countryside. It’s a peaceful and tranquill experience when your out with nature, sheep shit, soldiers and that fresh breeze cooling you down like an air-condition unit.

- Be kinder to yourself than you currently are.
- Stay awesome!
