For the longest time my xbox one S has sat gathering dusticals and waiting to be energised back to existence. The time had come the electrons were ready the batteries had been charged. The game had been purchased! Hours of downloads had happened, routers had list adoption isps had been crippled to vdsl2 speeds but yet here it is love in projector glory. I give to you MODERN WARFARE II.

Haven’t even tried to play yet, and will go ventured straight to multiplayer to get pawned and riddled with glorious bullets. I must stop writing now and go forth in to the game! Wish me luck

Update December 2022
I’ve played solo campaign for a little bit and although it contains nice structure it doesn’t give the same joy and desire as the last call of duty games. So much so I haven’t brought myself to finish it yet even though campaign was half the price of the full game.
Multi player is also nice albeit sometimes very unpredictable, my skill level cant suddenly go from shit to awesome or vice versa. I’ve been progressing steadily each time I okay and unlocking camo and attachments as I go. Some games I excel and dishing out the carnage and other games I spend spawning in front of enemies just to get riddled. It makes zero sense. Some game modes are insane busy.
Tier 1 is nice to play, invasion I end up getting lost and running around like a headless chicken same with ground war although I’ve had more success with that. Saying that last time I played ground war I got very frustrated running around trying to find peoples who were already perched high up with a snipper pointed at my spindly legs. Next thing boom and sleep time.
So I have great time for shoot-house even if it is also hot and miss with lobbies. Its fun and I find no one skill set will keep you alive. It’s a collection of caution to the win, being fast, being patient, gun attachments and setup coupled with just going balls deep and run and gun. Sometimes thats all thats required.
Camera – the remote camera option sometimes work’s amazing for seeing whats coming when your nestled in somewhere and you want to see what’s approaching or what’s behind you.
