leaving ego to the side for the moment I will endeavour to explain the workings of my week, well one part. The physio side. In late December 2020 I went under the knife of a skilled and awesome surgeon in the North of Ireland Belfasts very own Kings Bridge Hospital. What an adventure and story I have for you guys but not for right now. Needless to say the surgery was a success and the magical surgeon removed a 2x4cm chunk of a disc from my back that had been encroaching on my sciatic nerve. In fact it was so bad that it had caused almost complete stenosis and collapse of the nerve. This would of been a right shit show, as it can make you incontinent or worse.
So long story short, PHYSIO is what is required to help with rehabilitation after a year long progression to a static life style. By the way stay away from Chiropractors, Ive a big story to mention about on in particular so check back in.. all will be revealed.
