I can’t emphasise enough how enjoyable it is to indulge in a tasty brew, a delicious cup of freshly ground beans coupled with your favourite plant based milk is something of a gift.
Been through a few different bean machines in my day and have found solas in process of a Mokapot for a treat, espresso from the Nova Simonelli Oscar2 which had been purchased second hand from adverts and was in need of some TLC which was handed out by the skilled and talented Anthony from XXXXXMUST GET HIS DETS.
Coffee makes the day a little better, its a skill to make tasty espresso, it requires not only timming, heat and pressure, but also the fine art of a good decent grinder, especially if you want consistent results. Oh and what about a scales? well how else will you know for sure you are making the same recipe each time, wonder why your coffee taste different each time you make it? well its a science and requires measurements. Temperature needs to be right, grind size needs to be right, the beans need to be roasted on instead of best before they need to be fresh and to your liking, single origin lightly roasted some like but for me I like medium to dark roast, chocolate taste with dark undertones instead of fruit flavours, if I want that I will simple buy herbal tea.
